Raw Material Inspection – Incoming 30Mn carbon steel is checked against purchasing specifications before production.
Material Preparation – Steel is processed into chain plates, pins, bushings and rollers according to the specified chain dimensions.
Component Forming – Precision forming, punching, drilling and machining are used to establish the required component geometry.
Heat Treatment – Selected chain components undergo controlled heat treatment to improve hardness, wear resistance and mechanical performance.
Dimensional Inspection – Pitch, roller diameter, inner width, pin diameter, plate thickness and related dimensions are checked against the applicable chain specification.
Component Assembly – Pins, bushings, rollers and plates are assembled into the specified simplex, duplex, triplex or customized configuration.
Chain Length Inspection – Finished chains are checked for specified link count and dimensional consistency.
Mechanical Testing – Tensile-strength or related mechanical tests can be arranged according to the applicable specification and customer requirements.
Appearance Inspection – Finished chains are checked for abnormal deformation, damaged components, surface defects and assembly irregularities.
Final Packaging Inspection – Product quantity, identification, chain configuration and export packaging are verified before shipment.
