Our Factory & Production
Hangzhou Dongteng Industrial Co., Ltd. operates a chain manufacturing facility spanning 50,000–100,000 m² in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Equipped with 10+ active production lines and an annual production capacity of 8 million pieces, the plant produces standard and customized roller chains, conveyor chains, agricultural chains, transmission chains, and non-standard chains.
Our integrated facility connects component forming, heat treatment, assembly, inspection, and export packaging under one managed workflow.
Our workshop handles key manufacturing stages using dedicated production equipment:
Stamping Stage:
Four heavy-duty punches are used for chain component stamping according to required dimensions and chain specifications.
Tube Rolling Stage:
Tube rolling equipment, including a 30-high tube rolling machine, is used to form sleeves and related components according to required specifications.
Heat Treatment Stage:
20 mesh belt furnaces support heat-treatment processes including quenching, carburizing, and tempering. These processes are used to improve the strength and wear resistance of chain components.
Assembly Stage:
Component processing and heat treatment are followed by assembly and riveting to complete standard and non-standard chain orders
Inspection activities and environmental compliance are managed within our operational protocols:
Inspection Items:
In-house inspection includes dimensional and tolerance checks, chain pitch accuracy checks, tensile strength testing, and hardness testing.
Standards Compliance:
Products can be manufactured according to applicable ANSI, DIN/BS, and JIS standards.
Quality & Environmental Certifications:
Operations and quality management are supported by ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 certifications.
Environmental Facilities:
The factory operates 14 sets of heat-treatment fume treatment equipment to manage operational emissions.
Finished products are prepared for international shipping using two dedicated packaging lines:
Rust Protection:
Chains are treated with oil or immersed in oil before packaging for rust prevention during storage and transit.
Moisture Protection:
Products are enclosed in plastic bags to reduce exposure to moisture during long-distance transportation.
Seaworthy Packaging:
Cargo is packed using export-grade cartons, wooden cases, and pallets to protect during ocean transport.
