A: Yes, sure. But u will charge sample cost and freight .The sample cost will be returned after you place the order next time .
Q2: Do u do customer design ?
A: Yes, we can do your design ,you should offer us your drawing ,and pay for the mould fee depending on your quality .
Q3: Payment Terms ?
A: T/T ,L/C ,Paypal,Western Union
Q4: What is the packing terms ?
A: Usually cartons packing +wooden case,or customer need.
Q5: What is the delivery time ?
A: Most our items are in stock now .Usually it is about 30-45days .It is depend on qty and items.
Q5: Do u test all product before shipping ?
A: YES, we have QC team use the precision testing equipment ,each items will be checked before shipping.
Q6: Do u reply our message on time ?
Yes we will respond every message immediately between Chinese time 08:00-23:00 ,also reply another time message next days.
